Refund Policy

Effective Date: February 16, 2026

Due to the personalized nature of Magnets Galore photo magnets, refunds are not accepted, however, if your order has arrived damaged or you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact us at: info@magnetsgalore.com 

 

Creating magnets that bring you happiness and lasting memories is woven into the heart of Magnets Galore, and making sure you love what you receive is part of our guarantee. Because all items are custom-made, sales are final.

 

Damage Reporting

Damage must be reported within 5 days of delivery.

Email: info@magnetsgalore.com
Include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

 

Remake Policy

Remake requests for verified defects must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

If approved:

  • A replacement order will be issued

  • Standard production timelines apply

Reprints are provided only for verified manufacturing defects or confirmed shipping damage.

 

Not Considered Defects

The following are not eligible for refund or remake:

  • Customer cropping/placement choices

  • Low-resolution uploads

  • Spelling errors submitted by customer

  • Color variation due to RGB to CMYK conversion

  • Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout

 

Refunds

Refunds are not offered for custom preference issues.

If a refund is approved:

  • Issued to original payment method

  • May take up to 10 business days

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact us prior to filing a chargeback.

We reserve the right to contest payment disputes by submitting order records, shipment tracking, delivery confirmation, and platform verification data.

Accounts may be restricted for abuse of dispute processes.
