1. Custom Products

All products are custom-made to order using the image you upload.

• No proofs are provided.

• The uploaded image is printed as submitted.

• You are responsible for image quality, resolution, cropping, positioning, and spelling.

Due to differences between RGB (screen display) and CMYK (print production), slight color variation may occur and does not constitute a defect.

 

All sales are final once production begins.

 

2. User Content & Copyright

By uploading content, you represent that you own or have authorization to use the image.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders containing:

• Copyright violations

• Trademark violations

• Explicit, hateful, illegal, or offensive material

​

Uploaded images are stored for up to one (1) month and may then be permanently deleted. Marketing use of images occurs only if explicit permission is granted via the upload checkbox.

 

3. Orders & Payment

We accept all major credit cards via Wix Payments.

Payment is processed immediately at checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, pricing errors, or policy violations.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve an issue may result in account suspension and refusal of future service.

If fraudulent activity or payment disputes are suspected, we reserve the right to provide order records, IP data available through our platform, shipping confirmation, and delivery confirmation to payment processors for dispute resolution.

 

4. Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activity under their account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Fraud

• Abuse

• Threatening or harassing behavior

• Repeated chargebacks

• Violation of these Terms

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines and policies are outlined in our separate Shipping Policy.

All shipping-related claims are subject to the Limitation of Liability outlined below.

 

6. Returns & Remakes

Refund and remake terms are governed by our Refund Policy.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Magnets Galore’s total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

 

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

 

9. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Indiana. By agreeing to arbitration, you waive the right to a jury trial and waive the right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.

 

10. Force Majeure

Magnets Galore shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, carrier disruptions, government actions, supply shortages, labor disputes, or other unforeseen events.

 

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance.

12. Fraud Prevention & Automated Risk Screening

To protect our customers and business, Magnets Galore reserves the right to use automated systems, fraud-detection tools, and risk assessment technology to review orders.

Orders may be delayed, canceled, or require additional verification if flagged for:

​

• Suspicious payment activity

• Mismatched billing and shipping information

• High-risk transaction indicators

• Unusual purchasing patterns

• Prior dispute or chargeback history

We may request additional information to verify identity or payment authorization before processing an order.

​

If fraud or unauthorized use of payment methods is suspected, we reserve the right to:

​

• Cancel the order

• Refuse future service

• Report the activity to payment processors or appropriate authorities

 

By placing an order, you consent to reasonable fraud screening procedures.

 

13. No Resale or Commercial Redistribution

All products sold by Magnets Galore are intended for personal use only unless explicit written permission is granted.

You may not:

• Resell products under the Magnets Galore name

• Rebrand or redistribute our products as your own

• Use our brand, product images, or marketing materials without written authorization

Unauthorized resale or commercial redistribution may result in:

• Immediate termination of accounts

• Refusal of future service

• Legal action where applicable
